SPROUT ACADEMY – As reported by Central Bureau of Statistics, young women and men around aged 20 in the Asia and the Pacific region continue to face a number of obstacles in accessing decent and productive jobs. Due to the highly competitive and rapidly changing workforce, youth in Asia Pacific (including ASEAN countries) is facing a high number of unemployment, reaching 14,1 percent in 2021. Career preparation, that allow youths to be more job-ready, is currently can only be accessed in the universities, while many of the youths in ASEAN only reaching senior high school level of education. The online-based boot camp program from Sprout Academy is here to meet the demands of improving the skills and abilities of youth in Southeast Asia. The program will be an extraordinary asset that assembles a diverse range of participants from all over ASEAN, to which extent the high school students as its primary target.
